About Us

Uniting the Body of Christ in Massachusetts to reach our Communities with the Love of Jesus

The Vision of John 17:23 Ministries is to see the Body of Christ working together effectively at the local level so that every city and town in Massachusetts will have a vibrant, cooperative Christian witness that seeks to transform the spiritual, emotional and physical climate of our communities. Our vision is not activity-driven, but redemptive, understanding and accepting where we are today, but working together to remove the obstacles to unity day by day, as we continually experience and spread the love of Jesus Christ.

Therefore, our Mission is to equip the Body of Christ in the local city with the practical tools and training to strengthen Relationship, Vision, and Action in order to reach our goals.

We do this by:

Dale Atlas, Ministry Director

Dale Atlas has been working to help bring unity to the Body of Christ in the Greater Boston and New England area since she was called to this ministry in 1990.   Her work started in her home town of Chelsea, Massachusetts, and has included a wide variety of ministry, including: Director of Communications for the Greater Boston Baptist Association (1994-1999), and Director of Project O.N.E. Ministry of Vision New England/Emmanuel Gospel Center (1998-2001).  Dale has often worked bi-vocationally as an accountant, and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Private Practice. She is a member of Grace Chapel, and attends the Wilmington, MA campus.

Dale experienced a close relationship with God growing up in a Jewish family, and came to know Jesus in 1988.  Her TESTIMONY is unique, and we encourage you to read more of her story, which includes a miraculous healing from Crohn’s Disease, a direct testimony of the power of the unity of the Body of Christ.  Dale is currently finishing up a Bible Study on “Prayer” based on her relationship and experience with God since childhood.

Apostle's Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,

Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,

Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.

He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;

He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father almighty;

from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.

Amen.
